3. User Roles

• Homeowners: Create projects and hire contractors
• Sub-Contractors: Bid on projects and complete work
• GC Consultants: Provide expert consultations (subject to approval)

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Platform fees apply to consultations and project transactions as outlined in your subscription plan.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" and make no warranties about the services. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
